Exchange and return policy;

You will have 30 days after the date of your order to make an exchange. If the 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must not have been worn or washed and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make your exchange, you must provide us with the receipt of your proof of purchase and contact us either by email at info@2leadwear.com


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped for you later, we will send a gift credit to the donor and they will will inquire about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. The shipping address is;

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a shipment tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Exemptions:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has parts missing for reasons that are not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
